What is the Onboarding Procedure?
Digital Marketing
1. Payment Invoice: Need the Business Address and Name to generate the invoice. Or you can use our Subscription link. Connect to the SprintWebs Team for more details.
2. Welcome Email: Once payment is done we will share the payment confirmation email and Welcome Note along with plan & service details.
3. Site Access: We will need your Website access to perform the technical issue fixing. (If you are not comfortable in sharing the access then we can guide your developer to perform the task remotely but this would be more time consuming)
4. Details for Analysis: We will require a few more details for better output like some of your competitors' lists, targeted Geo-location, and etc.
5. Project Manager Analysis: The website audit, roadmap and keyword analysis will be prepared by Daniel (Project Manager- your point of contact for all kinds of queries and issues). You can get in touch with him as per your prefer method.
Site Development
1. Payment Invoice: We need 50% as an advance to get started with the website work. Need the Business Address and Name to generate the invoice.
2. Welcome Email: Once payment is done we will share the payment confirmation email and Welcome Note along with plan & service details.
3. Project Manager & SprintWebs Team assigned to your Project: Daniel/Sam/Caroline anyone could be your Project Manager and the person be your single point of contact for all kinds of concerns or issues. They will manage their assigned SprintWebs Team.
4. Developer server: We will create a developer server to showcase the work we have done. It would be just like any website link (URL) which you can use to visit the site to keep track of the progress.
5. Before making it live: Once you are satisfied with the current design, we will need your domain or admin access to make the site live.
6. Final Payment at the time of live: We require the final 50% before making the site live.
