Run through these 25 checks before you point a single rupee of ad spend at a page. Most wasted budget comes from something on this list.

Message and offer
- The headline repeats the promise in the ad, in the same words.
- The offer (price, discount, free consultation, deadline) is visible without scrolling on a phone.
- The page has one goal. Navigation menus and unrelated links are removed.
- The call-to-action button says what happens next ("Book my free demo"), not "Submit".
- The same call to action repeats after each major section.
Trust
- Real proof sits near the form: reviews, ratings, client logos or results with numbers.
- Testimonials carry real names, with permission.
- Business details are visible: name, address or city, phone.
- A guarantee or risk reversal is stated clearly, if you offer one.
- The privacy policy is linked from the form.
Form
- Only the fields you need for the first call (usually three or four).
- Phone numbers are validated (10 digits in India, or with a country code).
- Error messages say exactly what to fix.
- A thank-you message or page confirms the submission and sets expectations ("We'll call within 30 minutes").
- Spam protection is in place (honeypot, rate limit or verification).
Speed and mobile
- The page loads in under 3 seconds on a 4G phone.
- Images are compressed and sized for mobile; below-the-fold images load lazily.
- Text is readable without zooming, and buttons are easy to tap.
- Nothing jumps around while the page loads.
Tracking
- The Meta Pixel (and Google tag, if you use it) fires PageView on load.
- A Lead or conversion event fires only after a successful submission.
- UTM parameters and click IDs (fbclid, gclid) are saved with every lead.
- Test leads have been submitted end to end and checked in the sheet or CRM.
Compliance
- Claims follow your industry's rules and Meta and Google ad policies (no guaranteed results, no assumptions about the viewer's personal attributes).
- Required disclosures are present (for example RERA numbers for property, consent for testimonials).
Every page we deliver is checked against this list
SprintWebs builds and tests each page against these checks before handover, including real test leads through the form, Sheet, Pixel and UTM fields.
Frequently asked questions
What is the most common landing page mistake in paid ads?
A headline that doesn't match the ad. Visitors who don't immediately see what they clicked for leave, and you pay for the click anyway.
How fast should a landing page load?
Under three seconds on a mid-range phone on 4G, and ideally around two. Every extra second loses a share of paid visitors before they see your offer.
How do I test a landing page before running ads?
Submit real test leads from a phone with UTM parameters in the URL, confirm they reach your sheet or CRM, and check the Pixel events in Meta Events Manager's Test events tool.
