Landing pages for coaches and consultants
High-ticket clients don't buy from an ad. They book a call after the page convinces them you understand their problem and have helped people like them.

The job of a coaching landing page
For offers above ₹25,000, the page isn't there to sell the programme. It's there to get the right people onto a call and keep the wrong ones off it. That means being specific about who you help, the result you help them reach, and how the process works.
A structure that books calls
- A specific promise. Who you help and the outcome: "For CA firms that want five new retainer clients a quarter", not "Unlock your potential".
- The problem in their words. Two or three sentences your ideal client would nod at.
- Your method in three steps. A named framework makes the offer feel concrete.
- Case studies with numbers. Before, after, timeframe, and the client's name and role with permission.
- About you. Why you're credible, kept short and relevant.
- Who it's not for. Filtering out bad fits improves call quality and show-up rates.
- The call booking. A short qualifying form, then your calendar.
Qualify before the calendar
Ask three or four questions before showing the booking slots:
- Name, email and WhatsApp number
- Current situation (for example monthly revenue, team size or role)
- What they want help with
- Whether they're ready to invest in the next 30 days
Send the answers to your sheet or CRM so you can prepare for each call, and use the Meta Pixel to optimise ads for booked calls rather than page views.
Copy that works for high-ticket offers
Write in the client's language, not yours. Replace "transformational coaching experience" with what changes: more clients, a calmer schedule, a promotion. Testimonials with specific numbers do more than any adjective you can write about yourself.
Frequently asked questions
Should coaches send ads to a calendar link directly?
Usually not. A landing page that explains the outcome and qualifies leads before the calendar produces fewer but much better calls, and fewer no-shows.
How long should a coaching landing page be?
For high-ticket offers, long enough to answer every serious objection: typically problem, method, proof, about, FAQ and booking. Cold traffic needs more convincing than warm referrals.
What should I track on a coaching landing page?
Form submissions and booked calls as conversion events, with UTM and campaign data saved against each lead so you can see which ads produce clients, not just clicks.
