Landing pages for ecommerce and D2C brands

A Meta or TikTok ad sells one product. Sending that click to a busy store homepage or a generic product page wastes it. A dedicated ecommerce landing page tells the product's story, handles objections and sends buyers straight to checkout.

When a landing page beats a product page

Use a dedicated page when an ad has a specific angle (a problem, a gift, a bundle, a launch), when the product needs explanation, or when you're testing a new offer. The page carries the ad's angle all the way to checkout.

What the page should include

  1. The product and the promise on the first screen, with a price and a buy button.
  2. Proof: star rating, review count, press and user photos.
  3. How it works or how to use it, in three steps or a short video.
  4. Bundles and offers: quantity discounts, subscriptions or gifts.
  5. Shipping, delivery time and returns stated clearly near the button.
  6. Objection answers: ingredients, sizing, compatibility, guarantees.
  7. A sticky buy button on mobile.

Connect it to your store

The page links each "Buy" button to your Shopify, WooCommerce or other checkout with the product and quantity pre-selected, so there are no extra clicks. UTM parameters carry through to the store, so you see which ad drove each sale.

Tracking for paid social

Meta Pixel and Conversions API events for ViewContent, AddToCart and Purchase (the purchase event fires from your store), TikTok Pixel if you run TikTok ads, and GA4 ecommerce events. Clean events let the ad platforms find more buyers like your best customers.

Frequently asked questions

Can the landing page link to my Shopify checkout?

Yes. Buy buttons can add the product to the cart or open checkout directly, with UTM parameters passed through.

Should I use a landing page or my product page for ads?

Use a landing page when the ad has a specific angle, bundle or story; use the product page for retargeting people who already know the product.

Do you set up the Meta Pixel and Conversions API?

We add the Pixel on the landing page and, with the Conversions API add-on, server-side events. Purchase events come from your store's own integration.
